When you stepped into a bar or restaurant some five years ago and looked at the drink card, you most likely would see a Gordon's gin with the obligatory Schweppes and a lemon wedge. But times have changed. Nowadays, you'll surely notice more premium gins such as Hendricks and Tanqueray, topped with the more complex tonic waters such as Fever Tree and Fentimans, instead of the mainstream Schweppes tonic.
